FURRY BABIES Daycare
BOARDING
We have our open planned boarding facilities with a small number of dogs per night (20 max per night during peak seasons, and no more than 6 per night during non peak seasons). We keep our numbers down as we want your dog to feel comfortable and relaxed while staying with us. We have a staff member onsite 24/7 during peak seasons with living areas upstairs so your furry baby is never left alone.
Sleeping arrangements are made depending on what your dog is used to at home ie. if sleeps in crate, we have crates for them, if they sleep in your room they are able to sleep upstairs in the room with the person staying onsite, we also have couches and large pens for bigger dogs etc we want your furry baby to feel as comfortable as possible!
Our focus is on your dogs welfare, happiness and health, so for that reason not all dogs are suitable for boarding with us. We are a semi open planned facility, meaning that we need to temperament test and assess your dogs suitability for both daycare and boarding as they will be around other doggies a lot of the time. Although they can be kept separated depending on the circumstances.
Understanding that each of our furry babies has their own personality, we fully customised our care and boarding to them. And with around the clock care of our dog loving team (who are by the way dog parents, too) in a safe and comfortable environment, your furry babies will feel at home.
*10% discount for families with 2 or more dogs staying (dogs must be from the same household).

* Please note that your dog needs to be up to date with the following vaccinations as well as flea and worming treatments:
-
Vanguard 5 Plus or DHPPI – vaccinates against distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus and parainfluenza. These are all potentially life threatening.
-
Kennel Cough or Bronchishield – vaccinates against components of kennel cough and is recommended for dogs in nose to nose contact with other dogs, shared bowls etc. Like the human flu vaccination, it doesn’t provide 100% protection but reduces the severity and decreases shedding.
-
Lepto – vaccinates against leptospirosis which is transmitted in the urine of rodents/possums/affected animals. It causes a severe kidney failure and can be transmitted to people, so poses a human health risk.
If your dog is showing any signs of illness while boarding such as vomiting, diarrhoea, coughing or is presenting with fleas/ticks or warts etc we will separate your dog and either take them to your nominated vet (if closed they will be taken to an after hours vet) at the your expense or we may ask for you to collect them depending on severity.
